Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of community.zinfi.com (the "Site"), operated by ZINFI Technologies, Inc. ("ZINFI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership

Membership is for business professionals in partner and channel ecosystems. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Community Content

You retain ownership of the content you post to public areas of the community (forum posts, comments, directory listings). By posting, you grant ZINFI a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the community, and to index it so it can be surfaced by community search and the community AI assistant.

3. AI Workspace

The AI Workspace lets you upload your own documents and generate work products (such as QBRs and partner business plans) from them. The following terms apply specifically to it and prevail over Section 2 for workspace content.

3.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of every document you upload and of every document generated from your uploads. ZINFI claims no ownership over either.

3.2 Privacy and isolation

• Your workspace is single-player: uploaded documents, their indexed content, and generated documents are visible only to you. Isolation is enforced at the database level.
• Your uploads are never added to the shared community knowledge base and are never used to answer another member's question.
• We do not use your uploaded documents or generated output to train AI models, ours or any third party's.

3.3 Processing

To index and generate, document text is sent to our AI model providers strictly to fulfil your request. Providers are listed in our Sub-processors page. Do not upload content you are not permitted to process this way — including data you are contractually or legally barred from disclosing to a processor.

3.4 Retention and deletion

Workspace documents, their indexed chunks, and generated documents are retained until you delete them or delete your account. You can remove everything at any time using "Delete all my workspace data" on the workspace page; deletion covers stored files, indexed content, and generated documents, and cannot be undone. Backups are purged on our standard cycle within 30 days.

3.5 Quotas and AI output

Document count, file size, total storage, and index size are subject to plan quotas, and generation consumes credits. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete: it is a draft for your review, not professional advice, and you are responsible for verifying it before relying on or distributing it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by scraping, reverse engineering, uploading malicious files, or posting unlawful, infringing, or harassing content. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.

5. Disclaimers and Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZINFI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on AI-generated output.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the community, and the "Last Updated" date above will change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
